General
Information related to the account. Users can select their preferred language for the interface.
Theme
General
This section allow user to modify logo, colors, text colors and favicon.
Map marker
Define a custom color and a custom marker for each site type.
When custom marker are define at account level they are automatically used and displayed in maps.
Email & SMS
Modify the sender adress for all sent email and enables SMS usage
Forms
Entities (sites, events and sources) are defined by a series of generic parameters that are the same for every account. Beside of that, you can add account-specific parameters for both the Sites and the Sources on your account. These specific parameters are named Forms.

Reports
Manage and add template. See translations. Choose template by default as well as default metadata and default granularity
Schedules
A schedule is a timetable that can be defined for a site (e.g. the opening hours of the building). This schedule can be used for the calculation of the alerts or for the configuration of a system for the regulation of temperatures.

Options
Settings in “Options” tab has been added to the account settings, allowing managers to customize several aspects of the Data Hub interface:
Search bar visibility
Control the display of the advanced search bar on both the Sources and Sites pages.Footer configuration
- Option to hide the default Opinum logo.
- Ability to manage a list of footer items, each with a label and optional URL.
- If no URL is provided, the item is shown as plain text.
- Labels support multilingual configuration using localized fields (similar to Sitecare’s
LocalizedLabel
structure).
- Toggle to enable or disable the default Opinum footer.
Storage page visibility
- Option to hide the Storage page from the menu, even if the user has access rights.
- When hidden:
- The page remains accessible via direct link.
- The menu item is removed.
- The “+” upload option is disabled.
Alarms
- Choose the ID generated
- Define the actions taken when an alarm is deactivated : reset counters or clear history
- Instance patterns : Define how the name and ID of alarms instances from alarms templates are defined on your account. This configuration applies for all alarms of the account. When the configuration is changed, it's apply for new alarms only
- Notifications : Define the alarms notifications defined by default on all new alarms and alarms templates created on your account. This configuration applies for all new alarms of the account. When the configuration is changed, it's apply for new alarms and alarms templates only.
Geozones
This new feature allows customer to upload geographical zone in the account and navigate through those zones into dashboards. Those geozones are also available as filters in dashboards. The geozone map graph used in a dashboard with geozones will allow users to update all tiles of the dashboard by navigating through the interactive map. The format used to upload the shape and the situation of geozone is geojson.
This functionality is available at an additional cost. Please contact your account manager to enable this configuration.
