Default reports configurations
Several configurations of reports can be defined by default at account level: translation of reports, Excel template, metadata, granularity. This means that these configurations will be set automatically for all reports created on the account.
Management of default configurations
The default configurations of reports is only available for managers, as its impact all the reports of the account. The features are available in the Account settings page, in the Reports section.
Translation of reports
This configuration defines the language in which the title of the Excel columns and the cells will be exported. By default the header and Excel reports are in technical english, managers can define the language for all new reports of the account: English (not technical), French, Dutch and German.
To define the language go on the Account parameters, in the Reports tab, open the Translations sub-tab. Choose the language and save.
Important
This configuration by default applies on all reports of the accounts, already created or the new ones. Once the default language is set, it can't be overwrite on any report.
Excel template by default
An Excel template can be defined and applied automatically on all the new reports and on all reports without template of the account.
To define the Excel template by default, first upload it in the Storage. Then go on the Account parameters, in the Reports tab, open the Template by default sub-tab. Choose the template in the drop-down and save.
Tip
The template will be automatically uploaded, but can be removed or replaced on any report if needed. If the template need to be modified, a new template must be re-uploaded and selected as the default template.
Metadata by default
This configuration defines the metadata that will be selected automatically on all new reports.
To define the metadata by default go on the Account parameters, in the Reports tab, open the Metadata sub-tab. Check the metadata and save.

The metadata will be selected automatically on all new reports, but can be modified on any report if needed. Reports that already existed before the default metadata was set are not modified.
Granularity by default
This configuration defines the granularity on each data sources that will be selected automatically on all new reports.
To define the granularity by default go on the Account parameters, in the Reports tab, open the Granularity sub-tab. Select the default granularity and save.

The granularity will be selected automatically on all new reports, but can be modified on any report if needed. Reports that already existed before the default granularity was set are not modified.
