Identified There is current outage in our European production environment. Data retrieval is currently extremely slow and in lots of cases, timeouts will occur. We have identified that some of our database servers are under and extreme load. We are investigating the root cause.

Closed Blocked points have been replyaed, the incicdent is closed.
Solved Push has been relaunched and is working normally again. We are investigating the possibility of replaying the points that were blocked.

Identified The points sent by the standard push are stuck in a queue. Manual Index ingestion through the UI are stucked too. Bulk manual index upload works normally.
The other ingestion services are operating normally.

Identified Data Hub EU (datahub.opinum.com) is not available due to Network Infrastructure issues accessing a subset of Microsoft services. Data Hub US (datahub-westus.opinum.com) may be impacted as well.
Only Microsft can fix this. News from their status page "We are investigating reports of issues connecting to Microsoft services in Europe. More details will be provided as they become available." https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status

We've increased the calculation engine resources and the backlog seems to be clearing up. We also identified suspicious calculated variables and deactivated them.

Since yesterday evening around 21:00 PM there is a delay in the computation of the 'calculated variables'. We are working to resolve the issue.
