The situation is slowly improving as Microsoft is progressively restoring the faulty components.
You might still experience unstable connexion as long as the Microsoft Status Page is not flogging this issue completely resolved.
We will be publishing the Microsoft RCA as soon as we receive it.
Original message
Since morning at around 8.30 AM, our EU production environment as well as our UAT environment is suffering from a network outage affecting Azure FrontDoor.

As a result, those 2 enviroments are currently offline.
The Azure FrontDoor ressource being "global", this outage is also causing access difficulties for our US environment.

Release 7.0 has been released on 3 July 2025. This release introduces a new authentication server "Keycloak".

Updated Operations are slowly getting back to normal. Data ingestion has been partially reenabled, and will be completely for most customers before end of day. Select customers have been reached out to directly to inform them of degraded conditions until tomorrow. 05 June 05:44 PM
Updated Repair actions are ongoing, and are expected to last until 1:30pm. The system will then start processing the raw data which is now being queued. Complete recovery time is not yet known. 05 June 11:33 AM
