    Resolved All datapoints are correctly ingested.

    Identified Since 4:00 AM today the ingestion of the datapoints is delayed due to an infrastructure delay. All datapoints will be ingested, no datapoints will be lost. 25 November 2019 09:15 AM CET

    Resolved The issue is now resolved, datapoints are normally ingested and calculations have been processed. 07 November 2019 01:00 PM CET

    Update Microsoft engineers have identified the issue and have rolled out a platform hotfix. We are starting to see signs of recovery.

    Identified Since 4:00 AM today the ingestion of the datapoints is blocked due to a connection issue of Microsoft. All datapoints will be ingested as soon as the connection will be solved, no datapoints will be lost.

    Resolved A dysfunction has been identified in the report service. You may have seen some error message appears when creating - editing or deleting a report between 10:20 AM to 14:30 PM. However, all the modifications made during this period of time have been correctly saved and all the reports have run correctly.

    Resolved The FTP is fully up again. All data are now ingested.

    Identified We are currently facing an outage on our FTP endpoint.
    Clients using the FTP can still successfully send files but we are having troubles retrieving them.
    As a result, no data will be lost but we will have some delay in the ingestion of the data and the calculation of subsequent calculated variables.

    Resolved All the files have been processed and are processed normally. The system has caught up on the computation of the calculated variables. This incident is resolved.

    Update We are processing all the files sent on the FTP tonight, and working on a solution.
